John's films have won awards at BAFTA Cymru, BIFA, Berlin, Toronto, Tribeca, Sundance, and won the BBC Talent Award. John was part of the London Games Ensemble 2025 and was also selected for Scripted Horizons in 2026. He has served on the boards of Ffilm Cymru, Screen Alliance Wales, BAFTA Cymru, and has advised the Welsh Government's Media Investment Fund. He leads the studio’s growth across film, television and games.

Alan has over 35 years of experience in feature film acquisitions, development, production, marketing, sales and distribution. His career highlights include the release of cult classic Donnie Darko and financing on White Noise, The Wedding Date, The Haunting in Connecticut, Rocketman and Men in Black. He is a guest lecturer on the University of Exeter's MA Film Business course.

Vince has over three decades of experience in gaming across creative, production and management. He has worked for many prestigious companies including Atari, THQ and Bossa. As Chief Games Officer at Good Gate Media, he leads the studio's growing slate of games titles.

Alex has over 16 years of experience as a director and writer for film and video games. He has led narrative design on 3 of our shipped games and is the Narrative Director on Good Gate's growing slate of games titles. His talent for innovative, emotionally driven storytelling continues to shape narrative experiences across diverse mediums at Good Gate Media.

Frankie works across development and executive support at Good Gate Media. Originally from a theatre background, she is a graduate of the National Film and Television School and has worked on major IP from Warner Bros, BBC Studios and Paramount, including Peaky Blinders: The Rise & Doctor Who: Time Fracture.
